Dalgona Coffee

Cold coffee…The words themselves are enough to refresh ones mind. Just thinking about it makes you smell that caffeinated aroma and feel that icy cold trickle in your throat…

Can any of you relate to this? Or am I the only crazy one here?

There is no doubt that just like me, many cold coffee fans exist in this world, and I am pretty sure, they are facing the same problem I was…. that is, the making of this mind blowing drink.

Though many a people would like a glass of iced coffee any time, getting up from your comfortable spot and going through the task of playing with a variety of ingredients to get the result you are longing for, seems too much of a task…I mean its too much work, right?

So for all those lazy people out there… I have good news for you guys…

Today I am going to share my version of the (trending) Dalgona coffee with you. Originated in South Korea, it’s an iced coffee which can be whipped up in five minutes without any fancy ingredients.

So my lazy comrades, keep your eyes open!

To start with, simply take a tablespoon of instant coffee, Two and a half tablespoons of sugar, one and a half tablespoons of water and beat until light in colour.

Now spoon half of the mixture in a glass, fill it with with cold milk and ice cubes, top with the remaining mixture and give it a good stir.

And that’s it! The drink of your dreams Dalgona Coffee is ready…..

So what are you waiting for? Don’t waste time and get yourself this amazing beverage as soon as possible.
